    Lae Vegas, Nevada June 8, 1953 Union Pacific Railroad Company- 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles 14, California Attention: Mr, Thomas Hammill Gentlemen: In accordance with your instructions, we have continued our examination of the Official records of the County ,ecorder of Clark County, Nevada which pertain to the distribution lines of the Las Vedas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada, as shown on the maps furnished us by your office, and advise as follows; 1, All the streets and alleys in wMcJTpipe lines are shown on your maps are properly dedicated streets and^arileys where the same exist within the boundaries of recorded subdiyfsions. As your engineer has super* imposed the boundaries of the recorded subdivisions over your copies of the maps, we are not listing theNs ubdivisions individually nor are we listing the streets and alleys within these subdivisions. 2, All other streets and alleys in which pipe lines are located are dedicated streets and alleys except as set forth in our letter of May 9, 1953, wherein we listed numerous defects disclosed by our previous examination and the addition of other defects as later disclosed in this letter. 3. Regarding the defects as disclosed by our letter report of May 9, 1953, , the following is a list of owners or parties having a recorded interest in said property over which the Las Vegas Land and Water Company has exist* ing pipe lines which are not covered by appropriate easements or dedications. In order to eliminate having to again describe the property over which such water pipe lines exist, the page number and paragraph number of our pre­vious letter report is set forth;
