Providing your Company will lease a reasonable part of Ihe tract marked "Lease Desired" at a reasonable annual rental for the time named above, I can and will deliver a clear title and abstract to said Block No.l for the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars. You may if the head officials deem best place a clause in the lease definitely stating what lines <hf merchandise may be solid on the leased ground and restrict all others. The terms of this letter will be held opeh for your Company’ action for say three weeks from date on receipt of an answer from yourself requesting said time. Please to acknowledge receipt of this letter promptly as other parties want to purchase the land and I prefer to aid the railroad company to obtain Block No.l if they still desire to do so as you stated at time we talked the matter over.
