Maag Las Vegas Land and Water Company 401 South Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Maag: We have had some discussion with Mr. H. B, Trent, Superintendent of Recreation for the city of Las Vegas regarding a baseball diamond to be constructed on a part of the land which we have under contract to purchase from the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. This land is near the Hyde Park elevated reservoir. We feel that this is an excellent plan and it has our hearty approval. To that extent, the Board of Directors at their mefeting of March 26th, adopted a resolution instructing the Secretary to advise you, that subject to your approval, you have our consent to proceed with any arrangements you deem proper to allow the city to go ahead with their plans. Very truly yours, Secretary, Las Vegas Valley Water District HEMimjb
