If there are no reasons to the contrary, it la ray Judgment that m should now sutsa.it to the Public Service Gom&iasion of Hoy- &da an increase schedule of rates and charges by Las Vegas Land md Water Company, in lieu of all existing schedules now in effect for water and water service in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Ifevads, together with rules and reflations affecting the same, effective January 1, 1931.
