To construct or cause to be constructed the water main and pumping plant facilities, indicated by green line on said Exhibit.B, connecting the water main to be constructed by Subdivider hereunder with existing water mains of the Company* 2. Upon execution of this agreement, the completion of the water mains and other facilities to be constructed by the Subdivider and the Company, the receipt by Company of detailed statement of cost of constructing the water mains indicated by red lines, bill-of-sale for the water mains indicated by red lines and yellow lines, and said necessary easements for said water mains, to pay to Subdivider at monthly intervals fifty percent (50$) of the monthly revenue received by it from consumers located within Bonanza Village Tract, which Tract is outlined by brown line on said Exhibit A, taking water for domestic purposes from water main indicated by said yellow lines and that portion of water main indicated by said red lines located within said Tract, for a period of ten (10) years from the date the water mains and pumping plant facilities to be constructed under this agreement by the Company are turned over for operation, or until the Subdivider shall have been refunded an amount equal to Thirty-nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Eighty-four Cents ($39»256.B4), plus the actual cost of constructing water mains indicated by red lines on said Exhibit B, whichever occurs first; provided, however, said A 3 8
