E, Bennett Mr, 0* M, Gory Attached are three signatory copies and three extra copies of Revocable Permit from the State of Nevada, Department of Highways authorising construction of an 8* cast iron water main extension in Charleston Boulevard from a connection with existing water main located in vicinity of intersection of 13th Street and Charleston Boulevard to the intersection of 15th Street and Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, this Fermit is required by the Nevada State Highway Department since said pipe was constructed within the limits of the State Highway (Charleston Boulevard). Pipe line constructed under this permit was constructed to replace an existing pipe line located in a dedicated portion of Charleston Boulevard which was subsequently Vacated by the City, As a result of this vacation the City Manager served notice upon the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to relocate its existing water line in an area within the remaining dedicated portion of Charleston Boulevard, Authority for City Manager's notice to relocate existing pipe line was /, based on Paragraph 2 of Permit by City of Las Vegas to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company which is covered by our Contract Audit 76hl dated February 25, 1930* Construction of pipe line covered by Permit was authorised on Las Veg&s Land and Water Company wo 1753. i 1 I recommend acceptance on behalf of the Water Company and if you concur will you please execute the three signatory copies and return II sm
