In your letter you advise that tte Las Vegas Valley Water Li strict agreed to a conveyance from the Railroads to, the Water Company of an easement in the form of Exhibit WF B for the pipe line crossing cf proposed sale parcel. It has now been determined that the easement description shown as Easement Strip Six on Page 7 of Exhibit nF n is in error and does not fit the physical location of the pipe line, I have, therefore, prepared new description as follows; That certain strip of land 15 feet in width situated in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Hevada and being a portion of the SWf of the SW Section 27, and the SE^ of the SE'I of Section 28, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M. D. B.& M., the center line of which is described as follows; Beginning at a point on the south line of Bonanza Road, 80 feet in width, as said road now exists, distant thereon K. 88^ 07* 57n E. , 3,47 feet from the west line of said Section 27; thence S. 36° 2 8 ’ 30R W. 850.0 feet. Before proceeding with the preparation of the proposed easement from the Railroads to the Water Company, would you please obtain approval from the Water District of the new description. C. M.
