Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles as Trustees, under the will of August Vo Handorf, deceased, in a deed recorded June 13, 1961 in Book D-1250, page 950, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, said property conveyed subject to: lo Easement for railroad purposes granted to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, recorded in Book D-2623, page 580, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 2. Easement for flood control purposes granted to Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 18176, page 173, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 3.
