Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than One Hundred Fifty (150) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed; and this ordinance shall take effect six (6) months after its adop­tion and publication, for two successive issues in the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal, a daily newspaper, published in the City of Las Vegas.
