BASEMENT STRIP OKS That certain strip of land 15 feet in width in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and being portions of Sections 3h, 27 and 28, in T, 20 S., E. 61 S., M.D.B.&M., the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Main Street, as said Street now exists 88 feet in width, distant southerly thereon 6,0 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street), as said Ogden Avenue is shown on nap of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, recorded in Book 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence westerly parallel to the westerly prolongation of the center line of said Ogden Avenue to a point in a line parallel to and distant 7*5 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the south line of said Section 27; thence westerly along said last mentioned parallel line to the west line of said Section 27; thence westerly along a line parallel to and distant 7,5 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the south line of said Section 28, to the west line of the of the SB& of said Section 28, The side lines of the above described 15 foot wide strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened at all angle points so as to terminate at their points of intersection.
