During the year 1950, however, several unanticipated projects developed! 1 . Construction of pipe line to divert water from Well No. 8 to the Charleston Reservoir. 2. Making study of pumping plant and preparing layout for connection to serve the Westleigh Addition on West Charleston Blvd, 5* Making physical inventory of production facilities and transmission mains. as a result of which engineering expense incident to items 1 to 4 inclusive incurred during 1950 amounted to!
