C ollected diteh samples 9/22/45 every 10 fe e t from 360* to f i n a l depth o f hole. With bottom o f hole at 794*, reamed hole with 15-1/2" b it from 600* to 630* and from 745* to 794*. Then continued d r i lli n g ahead 9/23/45 w ith 15-1/2" b i t . Finished making hole w ith 15-1/2" b it to 940’ , the fin a l depth. 9/24/45 Started reaming hole. Finished reaming hole w ith 15-1/2" b it then conditioned mud and ran 10-3/4" casing as fo llo w s: Hung new perforated and blank 10-3/4" O.D. -35.75# & 45.5# A.O. Smith and Republic, 8 round thread casing w ith shoe at 9 0 4 '. C.P. at 538.19*. Top o f 10-3/4"casing is at the su rface. From bottom up, the 10-3/4" O.D. casing is made up as fo llo w s: Bottom o f casing is welded closed to form a guide shoe, then 2*. 0" o f blank, then 94.94* p erfo rated , then 60.33* blank, then 205.94* p e rfo rated . Above the 205.94* o f perforated pipe i s a 3 .0 ' blank nipple upon which is in s t a lle d a 10-3/4" x 15-1/2" Weatherford Cement basket w ith the top o f the bottom staves 20-1/2" below the top o f the blank n ip p le . In ad dition , the 3.0* nipple has a C al-S ea l and Cement (mixed) b a f f le on the in s id e . 8 holes approximately 1/2" x 2" were cut with an acetylene torch 5" below the top o f the n ip p le .
