Bennett I am submitting herewith, original and nine copies of letter of submission to Mr. Stoddard, together with ten copies of Form 30 Estimate dated September 3# 1953# both of which cover installa­tion of connection to existing water main and installation of water meter to serve Hears Subdivision and adjacent property. The submission which was made to the Las Vegas Valley Water District for their approval Included the connection to exist­ing water line and installation of water meter which is covered by attached letter of submission to Mr. Stoddard and Form 30 Estimate dated September 3 , 1953, together with the Installation of a pressure reducing valve which was proposed to be Installed in the Bonanza Village pipe line in order to prevent excessive pressure in Bonanza Village which would develop when water pressure in Bonanza Village Pump House is increased to serve the Beers Subdivision at the higher elevation than existing pumping facilities. For your information, 1 am submitting herewith copy of my letter to Water District dated August B, 1953# o m copy of Form 30 Estimate dated August 1953# one copy of Drawing 8 626 dated August 3rd, which shows location of proposed meter and pressure reducing valve andon© copy of letter from Mr. Montgomery to Mr. Butterfield dated August 13th, all of which refer to my submission to the District. From the above you will note that they have approved the installation of the water meter but have disapproved the installation
