In the above charges, Labor amounted to nearly 70$ of this account for 1949, which can be taken as a fairly representative year. The charges to this account totaled approximately 10.8$ of the total of all recorded expenses for the year, exclusive of income taxes. Such costs naturally divide themselves as between those incurred at Las Vegas and those arising in the Los Angeles and Omaha offices of the management companies. The charges as included in the adjusted 1949 operations in this report are, as follows: A - Those arising in Las Vegas $14,675.30 B - Assigned costs outside of Las Vegas 7,246.00 Total Administrative Salaries and Expenses for the year 1949 $21,921.30 This amounts to 11.4$ of the total operating expenses as heretofore used, plus the $7,246.00 from B above. 1/ NOTE: The slight difference ($62.46) between these figures and those reported to P.S.C.N. is due to a lag in accounting between the Las Vegas and Omaha offices.
