    Audit No. 10294 ("NnL.D. 1108); and WHEREAS, said lease Audit No. 10294 will be assigned by the Moapa Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to the Daughters of Utah Pioneers; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Agree­ment mN"L.D. 2454-2,dated October 20, 1952, by which Lessee consents to said Lease Audit No. 10294 and assignment thereof by said Moapa Stake to the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider nN"L.D. 2550-1, dated October 25, 1952, terminating effective November 1, 1952, lease agreement Audit No. 10521, dated December 21, 1949, expiring December 1, 1954, with Main Auto Parts & Metals, Inc., covering site on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, for handling automotive parts; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman In executing Easement L.S. Deed Audit 5216 (mN wL oD. 2615-1), dated November 15, 1952, granting and con­veying unto City of North Las Vegas a 10-ft. easement strip, approximately 1500 ft. in length, for a sewer line at Las Vegas, Nevada; said grant of easement being subject to following reservations; 1 - All water and water rights appurtenant to said land;
