Downey Boaa, Vernon, California, together with office and warehouse building and spur track located thereon, at monthly rental of $2,300.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 1566-5, dated February 21, 1962, extending to April 4-, 1967j term of Agreement Audit No. 9863, dated July 6, 1937, expiring by latest extension April 4-, 1962, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles, covering license for guy wire and anchor over and upon Land Company’s property at or near Mission Road, south of Macy Street, Los Angeles, California; subject to 60 days* x^ritten notice to remove from said property any and all conductors, structures or other apparatus placed thereon or thereover by virtue of said agreement; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 11320-4-, dated March 26, 1962, amending Contract Audit No. 10681, dated April 20, 1953, effective May 1, 1953, with Otis Elevator Company, covering maintenance of one freight elevator (Machine No. 85854-), in Union Pacific Building, 4-22 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, by increasing the service charge from $22.65 per month to $25.05 per month, effective May 1 , 1962; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, - 3 -
