Water Rates - Las Vegas* Los Angeles, Sept. 15, 1931 Lear Walter: In my 1phone conversation with Mr. Shaugh- . nessy this morning he talked as though within a very short time he would reinstate paragraph 10 of our Rules and Regulations, with the modification from #8.50, the amount asked, to #5.00, our old schedule, hut he said that in view of the fact that Mr. Foley had been served with a copy of our petition for reconsideration, he thought before any change was made he should give Foley an opportunity to be heard if he wanted to. He also inquired as to the status of the Wardie Addition and whether we intend to take it over, and I am enclosing copy of my letter;-Mr. Connoly can advise you further on this subject* FHK-H F.
