Dear Sir: Again referring to my letter to you under date of December 2nd, with price list of all the unsold Company lots, and referring to our conversation of a few days ago in this connection, I have gone over the list very carefully and herewith enclose the same, showing what I believe to be a good reduction in the price of these lots, and probably with the proper advertising we may be able to dispose of this property, or some of it at least, thereby lessening our taxes.
