POLICE DEPARTMENT Commissioner Bates moved that the City Manager be authorized to dispose of the Plymouth #1 car in the Police Department for as much as he can get out of it. J Commissioner Bates moved that the City Manager be authorized to H CAR PURCHASE purchase two Willys pick-up trucks for City use.
