EASEMENT STRIP TWO That certain strip of land 15 feet in width in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada,and being a portion of the SW£ of the SW£ of Section 27, T. 20 S., R. 6l E., M.D.B. & M., the center line of which is described as follows; Commencing at a point in the south line of Bonanza Road, as said Bonanza Road now exists 8o feet in width, distant thereon N. 88° 07' 57" E. 748.5 feet from the west line of said Section 27; thence S. 01° 52' 03" E. 1260.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said True Point of Beginning being the southerly end of that certain center line described in Easement Strip Seven in that certain grant of easement dated June 1, 1954, and recorded July 1, 1954, as Document No. 14123 in Book 14 of Official Records of said County; thence S. 01° 52' 03" E. to the south line of said Section 27.
