Bennett’s letter April 2 7 , 1951, file 80-5, 4705rll-22, regarding applioatlon of the L.V.L.& W.Co. to place in effect an amended set of rules and regulations and an Increased schedule in water rates. With respect to completing the results of the oper­ation of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for the month of April, 1951 as requested by Mr. Bennett, it will be necessary that the following monthly reports and expenses applicable to the month of April, 1951 be forwarded to this office as soon as possiblei 1. Advice of water service revenue as accrued on Form 26 in columns captioned "Current Month” and "Ad justed” as reported your file W 23-4-A. This information when available should be wired to this office. Forms 26 should follow as soon as possible there­after. 2. Forms 26A and 26B, when completed, should be air mailed. 3. Regular recurring bills payable and all other bills payable to be included in April, 1951 accounts. The last bills should be air mailed, advising. 4. Monthly M.0.1. report, your file W 9-1-5. 5. Annual inventory of material and supplies as of April 30, 1951, your file W 9-1-3.
