We have reviewed C.L.D. No. 113^2-1 and find that it is in order from an engineering standpoint. We are forwarding the duplicate originals to Mr. Eenshaw recommending that they he executed by the District if the District's attorney finds them in order. We have also reviewed the draft of C.L.D.
