I agree.Las Vegas - March 22, 19k8 Mr. Frank Strongs I eo - Mr, a, L. Adamson) Th,© Auditor recently set up a new depreciation schedule for oast iron pipe, its life expectancy varying with the diameter of pipe. It was necessary then to re-check all of our pipe line footage to segregate the main line footages by diameters and date installed, and we hare Just completed the last of the AO prints to support his records. Copies are being sent Mr, Adamson for his records. It has been our practice to send your office a copy of each Work Order dose-out report to the Auditor with a brief description therein of manner in which pipe line had been Installed. It is sometimes difficult to describe minor changes in location of pipe lines and I am wondering if it would be agreeable to you for the AC prints to be made here. We could include thereon the actual location of valves and fire hydrants thus giving us a more complete record. If you ooneur, will you please send 3 copies of print covering each Work Order issued in the future so we can indicate thereon actual construction of lines, and copies will be sent your office as well as the Auditor, A. M. Folger
