Understand he has leased Hoya Fit trom Railroad Company and will ship In 2 oars sand per day. If this lease is granted he will blade roadway from 6 th Street around Southerly edge of leases with exit East of Moore lease as outlined on phint at cost of #100. May we prepare lease to cover.
