Bates: Referring to your letter of August 17th, your file 569, enclosing draft of proposed easement * from the Railroads to the Las Vegas Valley Water District: The draft is satisfactory, and I am returning it herewith to you for further handling. I think we will have to grant this easement under Section 15 of Agreement C.L.D.
