So l o n g ? as the excessive and unjustifiable misuse of water continues by the residents of Las Vegas, we can expect a seasonal shortage whenever there is a long hot spell, :suph as the'one of the past week or ten days. then the daily, consumption of water per capita aggreg tes between 550 and 600 gallons, I think you. will agree that is an altogether unwarranted misuse of water, which would not happen if the consumers were paying for, it on a meter basis.
