Bear Sir: I have just received your letter of April thirteenth, relative to attachment of machinery belonging to the C.0.B.Laundry. I wrote you yesterday relative to this matter, "but will state that if you did not have any assurance from Judge Thomas that he will, in the settlement of the matter which he is making in behalf of the Brunswig Brug Company, see that we are protected to the amount of our bill, I should take the matter in hand at once and levy an attachment as suggested.
