Cannot determine if cost has been Included by Greeley & Hansen. ; Newspaper states that cost of pipe line "from Basic plant to Las Vegas is estimated at $1 ,653,000". This would make the cost of a 4o* pipe line about $20.00 per foot complete in place which appears too low. Xt may be that the newspaper has not dearly quoted the cost and description of the various items in Greeley it Hansen's report. Rough sketch is attached hereto. R. L. Adamson
