District estimates it will require approximately two weeks to perform pipe line work, including jacking, on that portion of line from vicinity of the freight house westerly past Track Ho* 227* and District will give us 72 hours notice before they start work. District will at all times maintain proper barricades, lights, etc* as may be required on excavations on Railroad Company property. We have discussed the matter in detail with Messrs* Blair and Jenkins, and I believe we have covered all phases of the work* Unless you have further suggestions, we will arrange with District to proceed Upon basis outlined above when they are ready to start work.
