Fish: (GC - Mr. Frank Strong) Have the follow ing from Mr. Prater: "Referring to Work Order 3042, issued January 30, 1945, authorizing d r illin g additional water w ell and construct pipe lin e to reservoir and booster plant at Las Vegas: "We have approved WPB Form GA-1456, Serial Number NG-8867, issued April 11, 1945, furnishing authority to begin construction and also authority to use Allotment Symbol F-6 and Preference Rating AA-3 to purchase m aterials. The use of p rio rity assistance on th is p roject expires July 31, 1945." No work should be done until advice received from Mr. Strong regarding the outcome o f public hearing mentioned in your le tte r of March 22nd. %
