Bennett I am submitting herewith original and nine copies of letter of submission to Mr. Stoddard, together with ten copies of Form 30 Estimate dated November 2, 1953 and eight ooples of Work Order print Drawing A-112h dated February 5, 195** which should accompany oubmlssl to Hr. Stoddard, all of which cover construction of water mains to serve Beverly Green Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada. For your Information, this projeot was approved by the Las Vegas Valley Vater District on November 10, 1953, hut this approval was not reoelved in this office until February 25, 195**. I am furnishing only eight Work order Prints, and X believe It will therefore be neoessary for Hr. Adamson to prepare additional prints before submission can be made to Nr. Stoddard. You will note that letter of submission to Hr. Stoddard requests wire advioe since Subdivider Is now Installing water mains covered by this project and I am withholding permission to oonneot to our water mains until such time as this projeot has been approved by company executives.
