On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 656-II, dated October yi, 19&3> extending to and including January 1966, Contract Audit No. 9323 > dated August 1 7 , 193^, expiring by latest extension January 3 1, 196^, with Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering site for warehousing and manufacturing purposes, near Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, rental #250.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, subject to termination by either party on 30 days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
