*tN"L,D« 2701-2 B I L L O F S A L E » y * « ||| y / f W5 vA\-> «'JMIF » «* ».«*» faff ;; / 0 7 t)X-X FOR VALUE RECEIVED, RICHARD TOLENO, doing business as PARADISE PARK, whose place of business is 900 South 5th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all his right, title and interest in and to that certain pipe line in Paradise Park, Las Vegas, Nevada, shown outlined in red on the map dated April 1, 1954, marked Exhibit “A", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with all valves, fittings, and valve boxes connected with said water line* The said Richard Toleno, doing business as Paradise Park, warrants that he is the owner of the said 6** and 8" water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
