I agree.A March 7 1963 Great Allentown Pair Allentown, Pennsylvania Gentlemen: The following shall constitute your and- our understanding and agreement: 1.: You hereby engage us to furnish all acts for, and otherwise to produce, the grandstand shows to be presented at the Great Allen town Pair in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Thursday through Saturday, September 19, 19o3 through September 21, 1963, inclusive. There shall be a total of six (6) performances, consisting of a late matinee at 6:00 p. M. and an evening performance at 9:00 or 9:30 P. M. on each of the three (3) days. 2. ?╟╓We shall furnish for each performance the services of Richard Red Skelton and Don Perris, and other acts to be selected by us. 3. You hereby agree to compensate us for all the services and talents furnished hereunder as follows: A. Sixty per cent (60%) of the "gross receipts", as hereinafter defined, but in any event not less than a guarantee of Forty?╟÷five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00).. You agree that the seating capacity and admission prices shall bq scaled so that the "gross receipts" (as herein- after defined) at capacity shall be at least Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000.00) per performance. An amount equal to our "production costs" for the performances hereunder. "production costs" shall mean all compensation paid or incurred by us with your prior approval for the acts furnished by us hereunder, together with all. employer's taxes and contributions paid or incurred by us under federal, state and local lav; and under, any applicable collective bargaining agreements, with respect to the acts furnished by us here- under, except for compensation paid by us to Mr. Skelton and Mr. Perris and employer's taxes and contributions thereon; 1.
