(C 0 P Y) (C 0 P Y) August 10, 1950 Public Service Commission Carson City, Nevada Gentlemen: At a special meeting of the Board of Commis-sioners held the 31st day of July, 1950, this office was instructed to make demand on your Honorable Body and re-quest that you require the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to proceed immediately to augment the present water supply to the City of Las Vegas in view of the fact that it now appears that there is insufficient water available and this condition has existed for some period of time.
