R. 61 IS ., M.D.B.AH., the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Main Street, as said Street now exists 88 feet in width, distant southerly thereon 6.0 feet from the westerly prolongation of the centerline of Ogden Avenue ^formerly Ogden Street), as said Ogden Avenue is shown on map of Clark's Las Togas Townsite, recorded in Book 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence westerly parallel to the westerly prolongation of the centerline of said Ogden Avenue to a point in a line parallel to and distant 7.5 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the south line of said Section 27; thence westerly along said last mentioned parallel line to the west line of said Section 27; thence westerly along a line parallel to and distant 7*5 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the south line of said Section 28, to the west line of the SX£ of the SsJ- of said Section 28.
