Deed from Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a corporation, to Ed W. Clark, A. 1. Cahlan and A. C. Grant dated December 13, 19^-1 and recorded December 31, 19^1 as Main and 1st Streets in the C ity o f Las Vegas, and, also, an easement fo r the construction, operation, maintenance and repair o f a water pipe lin e across said land extending from said la st mentioned pipe lin e Easterly toward the Southwest comer o f the Stewart Burial P lat with the right to enter thereon fo r the purpose o f constructing and there­a fte r maintaining both o f said" pipe lin e s . 2. Deed from Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a corporation, to Ed W. Clark, A. E. Cahlan and A. C. Grant dated September 16, 1943, and recorded October 28, 19*1-3, as Document No. 173118, Clark County, Nevada records, reserves an easement Document No. 129398, Clark County, Nevada records, reserves an easement fo r the construction, operation, maintenance and repair o f a water pipe lin e across said land, along the Northerly prolongation o f the a lle y now existing between fo r the construction, operation, maintenance and repair o f a water pipe lin e along a strip o f land 20 fe e t in width, the center lin e o f said strip o f land being p a ra lle l with and distant 10 fe e t Easterly from the Westerly lin e o f the parcel o f land hereby conveyed. The easement so reserved by this deed is situate between the Northwesterly comer o f Block 1 o f Parkview Addition and the South lin e o f Mesquite Avenue being p a ra lle l with the Easterly lin e o f Main Street.
