At Las Vegas, February 2, 1942. MEMO FOR FILS With Messrs. Denton, Bracken and Folger present, talked to Mayor Garrison, City Commissioners Smith, Rubidoux and Tinch, and Mr. Cahlan of the newspaper, relative to our educational campaign to start Saturday, February 14th, and they all agreed with the way it had been lined up and that the program would be quite effective.
