Las Vegas - April 3# 1952 Reference is made to your letter of April 2, file BD 22-3, returning our V-120, covering refund of overpayment rent for Room 8, December 1951, in f vor of Bill E. Hughes. - We are returning herewith above-mentioned V-120 as same is in order. Mr, Hughes occupied Room 8 during first half of December 1951 at a charge of #10.00. On November 30, 1951, he made a cash payment of #20.00. We issued .our V-5^3 December 31, 1951* for $10.00 to cover overpayment. We were later advised by the Los Angeles Timekeeping Bureau that a further deduction of $10.00 had been made from wages due Mr. Hughes for the first half of December and it is to cover this overdeduotion that we Issued our V-120, March 17* 1952, in favor of Mr. Hughes for #10.00.
