That the action of the Vioe-Pre si dent and Secretary in executing and delivering agreement, dated September 25th, 1929, between this company and Southern California Telephone Company, granting to the latter, for & term beginning on the 35th day of September 1929, and extending to and including the 34th day of September 1931, the right to construct, maintain, operate, repair and remove a pole and conductors for the tranemission of electricity for telephone purposes, over and across certain property of this company in Los Angeles County known as tract 7777, as per map recorded in Book 115, pages 13 and 14 of Maps, records of said County, State of California (333.5* in length), together with certain other terms and conditions as set forth in the agreement, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED* That the action of the President and Secretary in executing end delivering agreement dated September 25th, 1929, between Las Vegas Land & Water Company and Southern California telephone Company, granting to the latter the right to construct, maintain and operate poles, anchors and conductors for the transmission of electricity for telephone purposes over and across certain property of this company in Los Angeles County, known as Tract 777V, as per map recorded In look 115, pages 13 and 14 of Maps, records of s&id County, State of California, more particularly described as follows* Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line of Telegraph load 5* southeasterly from its intersection wit?the northwesterly line of Dunsmuir Street; thence northeasterly along a line parallel to and 6* southeasterly measured normally from said northwesterly line ot Dunsmuix Street 1050* more or less, together with certain other terms and conditions in said agreement, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
