Dear Sir; On May 3 we sent yon onr Audited Bill Ho* 90 charging $19*15 for the second instalment of 1927 taxes paid "by this Company on lots 30 and 31 in Block 4 of Clark's Las Vegas Towns!te, which yon are purchasing under contract* This item has apparently escaped year attention, and we therefore attach a copy of the hill in the hope that a remittance will soon be received so that we may give the accounting which is bein' requested by the Auditor* Yoors truly.
