% LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Challenge-Cook Bros. 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How In executing C.L.D. 15205, LVL&WCo. L.S. Deed Audit 6092, quitclaim deed dated August 10, 1965 whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company quitclaims unto Challenge-Cook Bros. Co., Inc. all its right, title and interest in and to that certain non-exclusive easement for Ingress and egress, and for road purposes, as described therein, in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, excepting therefrom portions of land described therein, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
