Dear Sir: Your favor of October 22nd, addressed to Mr. T. B. Gibbon, General Counsel, requesting that a lease be drawn for the Kyle Ranch, Lincoln County, Nevada, to George W. Crouse, in the absence of Mr. Gibbon has come to my hands. I have prepared a lease along the lines you suggest, and return herewith five copies. As this is in Nevada and in General Attorney Whitte* more’s jurisdiction, I have not approved this lease as to form, but if you desire me to do so, of course I shall be guided by your wishes I return herewith copy of old lease submitted.
