162 The Directors agreed that an appropriate letter should be written to the employees of the District and President Campbell volunteered to take care of the matter. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Board, a motion was duly made by Director Miller, seconded by Director Cornwall, and unanimously approved that the meeting be adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
