All valves shall he double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to AWWA standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall he of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representa­tive of the company, all pipe valves and fittings shall he manu­factured by the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller company. All pipe lines shall he chlorinated in accordance with AWWA specifications, shall he subject to the approval and accept-anee of State and City Health Authorities, and shall he constructed at an elevation to he designated by a duly authorized representative - 2- 11111
