Baker Commissioner Wendell Bunker At this time two requests of the City for easement for the installation of sewer pipe lines were presented to the Board for consideration. One request for easement was made of the Union Pacific Railroad Company to cress their right-of-way in order to install a sewer line to serve the proposed Cadillac Arms tract. The other was a request of the City of the State Highway Department for permission to cross the Boulder Highway so that s sewer line can be installed to serve the Eastwood Subdivision.
