Bondero, Deputy State Engineer Dear Mr. Shamberger; Thank you for your letter of May 14, 1952, with respect to my request for certified copies of Affidavits of Completion of Work and certificates in connection with certain numbered permits. I do not want certified copies of proofs of application of water to beneficial use. I do want certified copies of affidavits of completion of work which recite that at least a stated sum of money has been expended in works or improvements performed under the various permits.
