For your f u l l inform ation, quote my l e t t e r March 3rd to him upon th is su bject: "Very reo en tly Mr. P ra te r, Mr. A lth o f and m yself walked the e n tir e water pipe lin e from Las Vegas to w e lls and s e ttlin g basin. I t was deoided a t that time to drop the matter o f coverin g the wood stave pipe lin e .
