Bear Sir: Acknowledging your letter of May 23rd with enclosed property statement. I note what you say in reference to 8 acres which the Assessor advised,me had been taken from the rolls, as it was his opinion that this acreage was covered by the plot of ground sold to 0. C. Boggs.
