Johnson - Las Vegas: (DC - Hr, E, E, Bennett) Deferring to your letter of December 5th, to which you attach correspondence between Young & Smith Beady Mix Concrete Company and the Hevada. Public Service Commission regarding water rates covering ready mix concrete in Las Vegas: Hr. Bennett and I have discussed this matter and we feel that no new rates should be supported by the Water Company or voluntarily established during the period when our controversy regarding present rates continues.
